FINMA authorization to practice as trustee

We are delighted to announce that Kestrel Trust S.A. received, on 26 October 2023, the much sought after FINMA accreditation authorizing us to practice as a trustee in Switzerland.

This accreditation places us within the small and exclusive group of trustees that hold this licence. This accomplishment demonstrates the company’s drive for excellence, discipline, respect for financial regulation requirements and irreproachable corporate governance.
